PORSCHE CAYENNE

When Porsche first lunched the Cayenne, die-hard lovers of the Stuttgart shield went for their daggers in search of some Porsche execs to maim. But before they could do that, Porsche registered staggering booking numbers and for several years, the Cayenne continued to stay a best seller. The second generation Cayenne that went on scale in 2007 looks like an evolution, but underneath all that, there’s a lot of new kit such as four-wheel steer and direct injection units for the engines. The base Cayenne features the Volkswagen VR6-it’s V8s in the S and Turbo version that get your pulse going. The GTS and turbo S are probably the harder and faster version of any SUV, the S going all the way up to a staggering 550bhp.
