Troon north is an 1800 acre master planned community offering new and resale homes that range from the mid 300’s for a luxury town home up to $5 million for a 500 square foot custom home. Although troon north is virtually built out, there are just a few residential resale lots available that range from the lower $400‘s to right under the million dollar mark. One of the main attractions for many of the Troon residents besides the breath taking scenery is access to the two highly acclaimed and award winning golf courses at Troon North real estate – the monument golf course and the newer pinnacle course.
The full service clubhouse offered dinning, health and fitness areas and banquet facilities for up to 200. In addition to golf there is the four acre troon north community park with tennis and basketball courts, barbeque areas, and a turfed play area. A nearby 30 acre Scottsdale municipal park has soccer and softball fields, in addition to basketball, volleyball and tennis courts.
